180. Asphalt Cinema

Enjoy an evening of music, games, and prizes that ends under the stars for a family friendly movie at Asphalt Cinema on the third Fridays of the summer months at Impett Park. The free music concert is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Local merchants also offer creative games and activities. A bubble gum blowing contest is held with prizes. Four Corners Baseball operates the concessions with our thanks! At dusk, a movie is shown on a large screen against a backdrop of tall trees. In August, West Park Early Childhood PTA will hold A Safety Fair and Ice Cream Social from 6 to 8 p.m. at the park with safety vehicles and added attractions! FREE. Asphalt Cinema is 8/19.

69. Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs @ Legacy Village

Enjoy a movie under the stars!

Join us on The Lawn at dusk on select Wednesdays in June, July & August for cinema by moonlight.

June's feature presentation:

CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS– WEDNESDAY, JUNE 23 – DUSK
Based on the children’s book, this animated adventure follows a scientist who tries to solve world hunger only to see things go awry as food falls from the sky in abundance. This is the most delicious event since macaroni met cheese. Rated PG.

Make a night of it! Grab a bite to eat at one of our fantastic restaurants. Or order dinner to go and enjoy a picnic on the lawn! Bronte Bistro at Joseph-Beth Booksellers will offer one FREE Kid's Meal with an Adult Meal purchase on 6.23.10 only, starting at 6 p.m.

We'll have fun pre-movie activities at The Lawn starting at 7 p.m. in partnership with Joseph-Beth Booksellers!

Activities will include -

The movie will start at Dusk.

Please note the movies are subject to cancellation in cases of inclement weather. In the event that the movie is canceled due to weather, we will plan to show the movie on the following Wednesday, June 30.

45. Drive-In Movies

Assuming that the weather clears up sometime before July...but then again it's Cleveland, taking the kids out for a drive-in movie will be a family event that you'll all remember for a while coming!  Bring some lawn chairs and lemonade and spend an evening under the stars with Hollywood's stars!
