June 23-27. Enjoy rides, games, food and entertainment. In addition, this year’s festival will feature a KISS tribute band, a hypnotist, the Little Miss, Junior Miss and Queen Pageant, fireworks, a hot air balloon launch and a parade at 2 p.m. on the last day of the festival.
